Welcome to the denton unicycle club
Welcome to the home of unicyling in the North West. The denton unicycle club, affectionately known as the duc, is based in east Manchester and was established in 2001. We remain the only dedicated unicycle club in the North West and have had over 80 members since the club began. Our aim is to encourage unicycling as a sport and recreational activity . We do this by providing a safe environment to learn how to ride and develop skills. Everyone is welcome from beginner to expert.
Thank you for taking the time to visit our site. Here you will find club and membership information, details of where and when we meet, contact details and club unicycling news and events.

Good luck Steve !
The duc club members send Steve all our best wishes as he sets of to unicycle from Lhasa to Kathmandu in a mammouth! never done before! unicycling challenge.
The great thing about Steve is that not only he is pushing himself and unicycling to the limit! but he is also fund raising along the way. Steve is collecting sponsorship for a non governmental organisation to help develop educational facilities and amenities in a small village in the Himalayas
Please take time to visit Steve's site for further details and make a donation to this worthy cause
All the best Steve and we will see you in November
Well done team GB!
What fantastic results at the Beijing Olympics from team GB, we're really proud of you all, especially our fellow cyclists. Although they use one more wheel than is really necessary!. We have always been great fans as you can see from this past fundraising event. Yes its gold medalist Chris Hoy and the duc's very own baldstu, (silver medalist Darmstadt 2004!) discussing wheels, tactics and medals maybe!
